岸附海冰；沿岸固定冰：指在海岸线附近形成、与陆地相连并相对固定不漂移的海冰；常因与海岸黏连、或底部搁浅（触及海底）而稳定。与会随风流移动的 pack ice / drift ice（浮冰/流冰） 相对。（也常写作 land-fast ice）
